"Quality begins with passion. Passion for nature, good food and enjoyment. Passion for the pure. That's how Yoghurt Barn began."It's the latest trend from New York City. Natural yoghurt, however, extremely dutch. You can put together your own yoghurt, choose one of their many chefs' specials or enjoy a frozen yoghurt. Just like coffee is yoghurt a typical dutch product, which normally will be enjoyed at home. Coffee developed itself it's way out of the house, while yoghurt still has been eaten at home. As a meal, snack or desert. Yoghurt Barn is the first one to take the yoghurt out of the house. It is located in Amsterdam and Utrecht. However, I only got the chance to visit the Yoghurt Barn in Amsterdam, which is located in de Pijp area, where you can enjoy your yoghurt around the corner of the famous street market Albert Cuyp. Make sure you check it out and get my favorite special with cookies, kiwi and cinnamon!

HOTSPOT | COTTONCAKE

Hi guys! I live in the great city of Amsterdam, where I've discovered some awesome hotspots over the last two years. I figured out that it would be selfish to keep it for myself, thus I will share my hotspots with my readers! To start off with, COTTONCAKE. This hotspot is located in the neighborhood 'de Pijp' in Amsterdam, which is an neighborhood full of young people and fab hotspots to know. You can visit COTTONCAKE for cappuccinos with perfect froth, for edgy renewing brands and for fine organic food. COTTONCAKE brings this all together in one store. That's why I've visited this store last Sunday for the first time, to detox from Kingsdag ;-). I had an amazing green smoothie and had fresh oven baked granola. My friend Jerry Lee had delicious healthy vegan spring rolls, which were to die for! Overall, a really cool experience for you healthy vegan food or for shopping, or make it a whole shopping/food experience, you would love it!

HOT SPOT | Sketch

Hi guys, I might be back in Amsterdam, however London is still in my heart. Especially this restaurant which I am dying to share with you. Promise me, if you'll ever will be in London, visit restaurant 'Sketch' for me. You have this great entrance where you feel like a kid again, then you enter further where you can see on your left a cute part of the restaurant (I thought they called it the library). However my mom made a reservation in 'the gallery', the other part of the restaurant. This crazy big place was filled with vintage furniture. The table was set with all different kinds of glasses, plates etc. Even the bread got served in a lego basket?! Of course, the entourage was great and crazy, however the food must be good as well. And yes it was to die for! I had a great piece of chicken with whatsoever on it. But then we wondered, why were all different groups of people walking to a certain area of the restaurant? I had to pee really badly, so I figured out where the bathroom would be. And now I understood why all these people went to that secret place. When I walked up the stairs I thought I'd entered a space shuttle, with different cocoons in it. Seriously, one of the weirdest thing I have ever seen. That night I went three times to the bathroom.. With my mom, cousin, brother and my dad was brave enough to go by himself. OK, I can keep on talking about this place for hours, but believe me. This is the place to be and to go. If you're done with dinner you can go to the bar and have a nice drink. In addition, also a good hotspot for the guys. My cousin and little brother were barely talking, just looking at all the long legged girls walking by on high heels and wearing short dresses. For every age, every gender, there is something that you will be amazed by!
