OUTFIT | Another Metallic Piece

Hi guys! As you have seen yesterday, I was showing off my fab new metallic tee from the new collection of H&M. Last Friday I did some shopping with my mom at de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam. I could not wait to take a look at my fav brands and their new collections like Maje, Sandro, the Kooples and so on. The first stop: Maje. And together with my mom we spotted this fab metallic baseball sweatshirt. We fell in love immediately. Lucky us, or actually lucky me.. We got the same size! So here I am, showing off this new metallic piece! So what do you think? Are also a metallic freak like me? Please share!

Hi guys! How are you? As you may know I'm fond of the old Haarlemmermeer Station in Amsterdam. And at the moment blogger Brigitte from B50FashionWise and I were looking for some awesome location up there, we saw that the old trams were out ready to get prepared for this season. Of course we couldn't resist to take some pictures! I am wearing my (only and) favorite crop top. Well, with my height it isn't that much of a crop (I am only 1,59 m..). And lucky for me it is a bit longer, because I am not really in shape, however a bit more winter spongy as a call it. So I just started with running and yoga and field hockey for this season, however I want to start kick boxing again, one of my fav sports so far! So we'll see what comes out of it ;-). What is your sportive goal for this summer? Let me know!

OUTFIT | Vintage Feel

Hi guys, Good news! It is getting colder and I secretly hope that there will be actually some snow in Amsterdam in a couple of days. Well, though there is no snow yet, it's freezing outside. So I figured out to get my vintage fur out of my closet. I went to the Museumplein (Museum Square) together with blogger B50FashionWise. Brigitte started her blog this January and focusses on fashion for women above 50. How cool is that? And she is just like me a vintage freak and she's really creative too. She has her own accessory line, Keur Rouge, and re-use old pieces of clothing or accessories, to make cool bags, scarfs, bracelets or whatsoever out of it. Really cool! And the good thing is that I have a photographing partner in crime. I photograph her outfits and she does the same for me. If someone knows Amsterdam, it is her. So we get to the coolest places, like this skating place. These locations are my favorite (here and here). Which one is your fav? Let me know!

OUTFIT | Ready to Shop!

Hi guys, Did you have a good weekend? I'm back in Amsterdam again! Enjoying the busy streets, crazy people on bikes and all other things that make Amsterdam Amsterdam. It is a bit chilly, however the sun is shining to the max. I am not sure yet if I miss the snow, because I can wear heels again (ok, not in these pictures)! And I can shop again, OMG! There is a lot of sale going on. And with sale, I mean SALE! But my eyes are already on a great blue/black piece of 3.1 Philip Lim. However, this bag is from the new collection is stunning. And I saved up some money. I cannot wait to go for some real shopping after spending three weeks in a place where it is fashion to wear mountain shoes and ski pants all day long. So stay tuned guys, because this piece will soon be mine! What is your favorite piece of the new season?

OUTFIT | Future It-Bag

Hi guys, It has been a while since I have posted an outfit. Sorry for that! However, here I am again in a comfy outfit with my favorite blazer of this moment from Maje. As you probably noticed sale has started. And so on I am searching for my future it bag. I had my eyes on a lovely Valentino bag, waiting for sale to come. However, when sale appeared, the Valentino disappeared. So I have to focus on a new future it bag. I already saw one from Givenchy, with 40% discount, however, when I came back to show my future bag to my mom, it was already sold out again. A friend of mine tried to cheer me up with that I can find loads of bags at the Roermond Outlet from for example Mulberry. The greatest designs, for amazing prices. So I cannot wait to take a look soon. Do you have any ideas what my future it-bag should be? In the sale please ;-). Let me know!

Hi guys, How have you been this weekend? I am great, finally my summer holiday (almost) started. I am enjoying my days on the terrace meeting up with friends. Yesterday I sat on a terrace at my favorite summer hot spot in Amsterdam, 'Paardje'. You will find loads of students there in my personal favorite neighborhood 'de Pijp'. After enjoying the sun for hours, my friends and I got hungry as hell! So we went to a new hot spot just across the streets called, 'Pink Flamingo Pizza'. You see flamingos hanging everywhere, tables with checkerboard print and delicious pizza's are being served by good looking waiters. A real must. So when you are in Amsterdam and there is sun, this is the perfect combination! What did you do in your weekend?

Hi guys, Remember that I told you that I had a spray tan? Well, this is the result! Out of the sudden the color white is my best friend! Today again I am wearing a skirt showing of my bare tanned legs (soon online!). It is finally over 20 degrees (which is a huge deal here in the Netherlands btw). However, I have to read through my book once again for my exam. So ciao ciao!

OUTFIT | Underneath the Apple Tree

Hi guys, Hope you are all enjoying your weekend! I do, I am spending this nice weather at my parents' place helping out my brother's exam. Such a sweet sister I am ;-). However I have to get back to work, because I have a lot of things to do myself. Next week I have some deadlines of assignments coming up and afterwards my exams. And then I almost have my summer holiday. Seriously, this school year went to fast! I am always scared if things goes to fast, because I want to capture the precious moments. Just like this apple tree in my garden. I remember when I was a kid, climbing in trees, play James Bond with my brother in the garden. My dogs getting sick when they ate too much of these apples. I love Amsterdam, but sometimes it is nice to go back to your roots. What memories do you have when you're back at your parents' place and/or your former hometown? BTW, what do you think of my new hair cut? A bit shorter and a bit darker? :-)
