OUTFIT | Bye Bye Paris

Good morning dear readers, Today already the last outfit post from Paris. I enjoyed it so much. It was good to be back at my old 'home town'. I have to admit I had quit a hard time leaving Paris again. Everything goes so fast. But as they say, all good things comes to an end. That is why I am glad that we have thousands kinds of cameras nowadays to capture each and every moment. That what yesterday was all about. My favorite spot in Paris is Palais Royal. It just to be a residence of someone back in the days from 'who I do not know', but is now a public area where you can relax, run or even go shopping. You can find the famous and exclusive vintage shop Didier Ludot here. Even Stella McCartney has her store here. This place never gets me bored. Afterwards we went to Cafe Marly to have lunch, where we sat outside with this beautiful weather and spotted lots of tourist. Then to Jardin des Tulleries for a quick walk. Afterwards we went to visit the Eiffel Tower, which is obviously a must see (even after seeing it for already ten times ;-)). And last but not least, Pont des Arts. Which I have to admit, never ever been before. So my friend Femke and I locked a lock around the bridge and threw the key in the Seine. Which was a beautiful end of this amazing weekend and a continuing of other great things.

OUTFIT | Snapped in Jardin des Tulleries, Paris

Bonjoooooour! Hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Mine is almost over in fabulous Paris. Yesterday me and my friend Femke went to visit Jardin des Tulleries, hoping to snap some street style pics of some fashionistas. And obviously, we wanted to get a peek of the happening Paris Fashion Week. And suddenly out of the blue when I start to photograph fashionistas, people start to photograph me and my handmade beanie. I made this one (well actually my mom's help did ;-)) just before I went to Paris, inspired by The Blonde Salad's Chiara Ferragni beanie she wore earlier. Everyone was really enthusiastic about it that I did not just buy it. I maybe sound like a geek now, but I thought it was kind of scary to pose in front of those strange people. Even someone interviewed about what I think about the whole Fashion Week happening. After this whole event we went for a lunch at l'Avenue. We had a delicious spicy lobster pasta. And also there, people noticed me, well let me say, the beanie. What do you guys think of it? I am heading for a croissant, enjoy your lazy Sunday!

OUTFIT | Day #1 in Paris

Bonjour mes amis, Here the first outfit post from lovely Paris. I love Paris, for you who do not know, I used to live in Paris for three months. That was last year from February until the end of April. So it is good to be back in the period I used to stay. I have to admit, in the beginning it was a bit tough, because getting in touch with people in Paris goes less smoothly than in for example Amsterdam. Of course, I did not speak the language. But still, I went to Boston (USA) from September until December, and there I made contacts very quickly, also with the locals. However, there is the difference of culture. Although, I had an amazing time, with amazing international friends. OK, back to here and now. Now I am with my good friend Femke in Paris, enjoying the city, the shopping and the food! As you might already have seen here, here I am wearing my new Isabel Marant wedge sneakers. I am so happy with them! Obviously I did some more shopping, but that will be on the blog soon. I guys I am going to hurry to Cafe le Flore for a real French breakfast. Au revoir!

NEW IN | Finally, REAL Isabel Marant Wedge Sneakers!

If you follow me on Instagram and liked my Facebook page, you might have seen a picture coming by from a 'Isabel Marant' shoe box. Well, these one were in it! OMG, I am so happy with them, you cannot even imagine! I wanted them for so long, and finally my sweet mom gave her permission because I wear the other ones from March23 (here) almost daily! So here I went, Paris, the best place to purchase them with my good friend Femke. I had my doubts between a pair of yellow sneakers or this one. But my friend convinced me (she know my wardrobe even better than I do ;-)) that this color suits me and my style the best. What do you guys think of this purchase? Love it or hate it? I am heading to bed now, prepare for another shopping day tomorrow in this lovely Paris. I do not wanna go home!
